Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Golden Shilajit.

We at Golden Shilajit do our best to achieve our customer’s satisfaction as it is our top priority. Our Shilajit is pure, authentic and free from any preservatives or additives. However, if for any reason, any customer does not like Golden Shilajit product, he/she can return the product to claim the cost back. Our return and refund policy is mentioned below.

Return Policy

  • Shilajit products purchased at Golden Shilajit must be returned within 7 days from the date it’s received by the customer.
  • The customer must inform our support team about the product return through email at info@goldenshilajit.com.
  • The customer must email us a scanned copy of the receipt clearly showing the item details and date of product shipment back to the source i.e. Golden Shilajit
  • The purchased item must be in its original shape and packaging.
  • The returned item’s quantity must not be consumed by more than 5 grams.
  • The customer will bear the return shipment charges.

Refund Policy

  • The refund request must qualify the return policy in order to become eligible for the refund.
  • Flat $15 shall be deducted from the total amount to be refunded to the customer. These charges are the compensation amount for the shipment charges that company paid during the order shipment.

It can take up to 30 days to make the refunds to the customers.
